Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready, which was a bit of a letdown. The room felt more suitable for a hostel, but it was incredibly clean and surprisingly comfortable. The service I received was top-notch, among the best I've ever experienced. The location was a bit questionable, but it turned out to be excellent, just a short walk from the metro and Gran Via. The dining experience could see some improvements but was still decent. Facilities were adequate to meet my needs.

The service was generally helpful, with staff looking after our bags for late flights, but there was an issue that they were still working on. The location was convenient, just 50 meters from Gran Via, near shops and a police station for added safety, allowing for easy exploration of main sites. The dining was tasty and plentiful, though with limited options for some dietary preferences. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were very spacious with lots of room and wardrobe space, and I loved the matching wooden features throughout. It was incredibly quiet and nice, and the beds were super comfy. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and accommodating. The location was a bit tricky to find but ended up being the best thing about the hotel, being near all the major sites in Madrid. The dining was good overall, and the facilities were impressive. A great value for money stay with a few minor hiccups.
